Bike carrier make?

Can anyone please tell me if they know what make of bike carrier this is please? I'm trying to overhaul it. I was certain it was a Fiamma unit but it's not. Thanks.

fiamma usually has red plastics thule/omnister have blue

You're only spot on. Basically need 4 x rail end caps and 2 x end caps for the bottom bracket that fixes to van. The locking hooks have seen better days but are usable. Thanks for that.
