New to the experience
Hi, just bought our 1st motor home prior to COVID-19 lock down- Great! Alas I'm sure our time will come!

As I have now put the motor home into storage until lock down is over, I need to purchase a cover for it for protection from the elements whilst in storage.

Its a Swift Escape 696 if that helps.

Look forward to your recommendations

I think many on here will suggest no cover but I have been very happy with my Specialised one.

If you do put a cover on the van has to be spotless clean or if the cover moves slightly with the wind your get little scratches on the van, especially the windows.

I bought a cover for my Bessacarr 560, then bought an E582. Same shape, door in same place, etc, but 70cms longer (at the back).
“Please Mr Protec, can you let in another 70cms to the rear of the cover and put in rear side zips?”
“Absolutely not, not even for another £250, no chance!”. So I had a small company do it - for £250!
Would I recommend Protec, NO!

enough to know i shouldnt touch things i know nothing about ....
I have one that fits all sized motorhomes, made from Emperor Cloth, in whatever colour you want. It has all the zips and openings in just the right place and all the intelligent people says how nice it looks. Including postage I am happy to take £90

i just use normal car wax as it makes it easier to get the grim off next time you wash it. I use Autoglym but there are loads of others around
