I will stay with my trusty old van a elddis 400..1990 year. it has the layout I like. a good payload about I ton. and nice big windows.

On & off, since 1966 - fulltime since 2005
We'll be sticking with 'Delyth' (1991) for the foreseeable future - perfect layout & size for our purposes, reliability & frugality - Had others, newer, older, bigger & smaller but none were as good. If she blew up tomorrow we'd be massively quids-in. (y)

Dethleffs Globetrotter. Fiat 2.5TD. Same as Hymer, just different bodyshell. Rear kitchen, large wc/shower-room, overcab drop-down bed + usual dinette double., + single settee berth. Masses of storage space. Dual circuit blown-air central heating ...We lived in her fulltime for over 2 years very comfortably. And nothing breaks or falls off, unlike much more recent/expensive MHs we've had experience of. ;)

The retirement van is gonna be a Frankia 840BD. Perfect.

Mmmmmmmmmmm very nice just had a Google session what a nice van. Where would/could I park ? Oops I can't afford it either ...........for sale 2 bed bungalow south coast ha ha
