Flying to Bulgaria and taking Flexplus card -where /how can I get the best rate ?

Get a Revolut account and card or Metro Bank account both give very good exchange rates. A Metro Bank account is quickest to open, walk into a branch 30 Min later walk out with account set up & your new debit card and they give you a nice cup of coffee.
