Selling to buy a caravan 
as we are not adventurous enough for motorhoming as such and feel the MH is wasted on us just driving to a campsite, pitching up for a few days or a week and then driving it home again. 
It’s a lovely MH and well cared for, everything works as it should, (it’s still in warranty with the dealer but unfortunately non transferable)
We always get comments on how good the condition is and nobody ever believes it’s a 2012 when we tell them.
Standard spec includes Alde heating, Fiamma f45 canopy, full oven, microwave and massive fridge freezer, all internal lights are led.

External gas bbq point
40k miles (May go up as we intend to use it until sold) full service history and yearly hab service/checks. MOT until end Jan 2020
Currently on private plate not included, original is FN62 BYR more pictures if required, the internal ones are from when we got it and do not show the carpets which are in it.
