Belt on Fiat Ducato 2.3 multijet 2008

Hubby has finally got the timing belt off. At the bottom on RHS is another much smaller belt does anyone know what it is?

He’s already taken that off! Before he retired he was a mechanic but this was before the new ‘computer controlled engines’. He has never seen this belt before...

Maybe the vacuum pump for the brake servo.

He says the belt was inside the timing belt cover. He just thought while he had it down he would replace them all, but he can’t order a replacement if he doesn’t know what it is...
