Any idea where we could get a new mattress for a HYMER S650 drop down bed

You could try a caravan/motorhome refurbishers.

https://www.careavan.co.uk/ situated near Birmingham made a new mattress for my son's van.

Lots of Funsters, including me, have brought quality memory foam mattresses, placed the old one on top, mark around and cut new one to shape.

Very economical
