Battery Megastore

Needed a new engine battery for my Fiat based Burstner so did a bit of research and came up with a Bosch S4 as being suitable.
Euro Car Parts price £224 .
Looked around and Battery Megastore price £101 delivered for the very same battery, and was delivered the next day!!
Just shows what a bunch of robbing shisters ECP are and what excellent service BM have given.

Yes, but the reason their base price is that high is because the discounts are always artificial, and bring the actual price down to roughly the same as you can buy the products elsewhere, including their own alternative site carparts4less which often works out slightly cheaper even though they operate a similar false discount pricing model.

I buy from ECP from time to time for convenience, but when I can be bothered to check, my local motor factors are almost always cheaper without discounts for identical items.

Only problem is ECP have taken over nearly all the local factors.

We have quite a few Bennetts branches here, and Halfords can be pretty competetive for basic auto parts if you have a trade card.
