Has anyone tried the barking mad dog intruder alarm that is advertised in the MMM. Does it work and does it sound realistic?

Our friends have one of these 'barking dog' units fitted in their van . . sound realistic to me - especially if you leave a dog bowl outside the van !

We also have the real thing, problem is most people don't take them serious for some reason...
