Looking ahead to next year when we will hopefully be able to travel again and looking at Barcelona as one stop on our tour I was wondering if anyone has any recommends, we will be using Public transport so needs to be close to buses/trains.
I have looked at Camping Masnou https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@41.4757196,2.3035324,366m/data=!3m1!1e3 which for transport links is ideal however daughter and husband prefer Camping 3 Estrellas https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@41.2719493,2.0427514,520m/data=!3m1!1e3 which is right on the beach but this looks to be nearly under the flight path of the airport, anyone know if noise from aircraft would be a problem?

Camping Barcelona, although outside the city they have daily coach into the city and local minibus into Mataro but you can easily cycle in. They have some nice large serviced pitches.

We stayed at Camping Masnou, it's a cr#p site, but a short walk from the station, and an easy train ride into Barcelona, take notice on the colour of the train, and it makes a reasonably easy ride home again. ?
Love Barcelona but to be fair the best way to see it is on the tour buses, hop on and off, and of course the negative is pick pockets they are very good and work in gangs, so no bags, be very alert. ?
Have stayed at https://www.vilanovapark.com/ a few times a better site and catch the bus in. ? Bob.

Villanova for us and bus in, but stay off the top of the site as its the locals retreat at weekend and can get noisy, best part is towards the wood factory and Eurocamp part

Wife is deaf and if they were having a party she would probably join in along with daughter and husband. ::bigsmile:
