B524 lube oil (1 Viewer)

Our 2004 B524 is needing a little drink of engine oil but the filler is tucked out of range for filling from the litre bottle of oil I bought. Well, without making a mess and wasting oil.

Before I reinvent the wheel and get all ‘Blue Peter’ with the squeezee liquid bottle/milk bottle/scissors- does anyone have a cunning home made solution?

i find a 4 pint milk carton cut in half actually works well as a fast flow funnel

Sorry,no idea. We use baby oil.....but not in the engine.

Black funnel with Flexi tube on it from Poundland..
Or decant oil into washing up liquid bottle.

I use a length of 40mm waste pipe with a 45’elbow each end (set 180’ to each other)
