Aviva preferred glass supplier?

Aviva say there is no limit on windscreen claims if you use their preferred supplier. Does anyone have any idea how easy it is to access a "preferred supplier" should the need arise whilst abroad?

I’m supposed to be using their preferred supplier, auto windscreens, I explained that it was an an A class but they were coming with a ducato screen. Still waiting and that’s in england

Yeah, that's the type of thing I'm worried about. We too have an A class. Just about to renew insurance, and not happy about Aviva's £3000 claim limit if approved supplier not used. Would £3000 cover a replacement screen? I have no idea.
