Anyone know how to access to Truma combi bolier on Autotrail Apache 632 as it appears to be enclosed in sealed compartment in the garage under the bed?
Currently got nothing working and have no lights on control panel ☹️

As above.
Without more info it could be the hab battery voltage if you are getting no lights at all.
what year is your van?
have you got a voltage reading for the batteries when they have rested for a while?
are you on ehu?
solar fitted?

I very recently found out that the ultrastore will not stay lit (trips out after 10 sec with a clink and a red light on the dial) if battery voltage is too low.

Are you on EHU?, need power to the Truma control panel first off, what is working and has heating + hot water been selected on the main panel?.

Before excavating the boiler it would be a good idea to start by checking the fuses to verify that power is getting to the panel.
Checked all fuses on the panel - all good 👍
On EHU - everything was working last week, so not too sure what's going on🤔

Tried every combination - EHU and gas, nothing working atm, yet had both heating and hot water working last week whilst on EHU🫤

Van is 2014 and has solar panel. Currently connected to EHU and have on-board battery charger switched on - both leisure and battery voltages are reading as good on the control panel.
Not had any red warning lights, but just before everything went dead, the water heat up indicator was a flashing yellow light, rather than a constant glow.
