I've recently purchased an Auto-Trail PVC from a dealer. Documentation was provided with the vehicle, but sadly lacking in many respects. It is a 2020 model.

I didn't get any Auto-Trail documentation (manual, warranty and service booklet, alarm installation certificate.) I queried these with the dealer and they said they would provide these, but nearly a month later I have received nothing.

My question to the forum is. What should I expect to have for this 2020 model?

You should have those you mentioned plus each of the manufacturers' User Manuals for the various bought in 'white goods' (cooker, water heater, fridge, charger, Anxiety Panel etc. etc.).
I'm surprised at how often folk don't receive manuals with their m/h. Maybe dealers remove them to create their own library of info.

Thanks, I have some of those, but not all. I also have some for items I don't have, which leads me to believe that I just have a random set or maybe somebody elses. I also don't have an SD card for the sat-nav even though I have all the documentation, card case etc.

I support @Spriddlers view entirely.

I have been batting on about this for years and have recently posted that buyers should make it a condition of the contract that these documents are supplied, or at least that proof of on-line versions for the specific model of each item are available on the internet and in one's own language.

I was fortunate that when I bought our 6 year-old N&B Arto privately in 2009, and even as 4th owner, I got the full set, including a very good N&B owner's manual(in English).

I do not understand why the dealers do not automatically see it as their duty to comply with this requirement, and that therefore one has to request the documents. Just another aspect of dealers being unprofessional - but then it is not a profession, just a sales process.

Is the SD card not already in the sat nav? It won't work without it.

You should expect all documents with your purchase, as for you receiving the certificate for the tracker that is fitted on your vehicle you will need to renew it with Sargent who fitted it, also the dealer should have notified Autotrail regarding change of ownership as there should be a warranty on Autotrail still in place for covering any faults, as for the fiat that will be your responsibility going forward.
My opinion is ask again and keep asking ,if that doesn’t work tell them you are going to name and shame them.
once you dealer has registered you motorhome with them you can register with them and log in, it will give you information about regarding build no ect for your vehicle.
