We are traveling to Spain for a winter break in January and are going to drive down through France stoping off when ever we feel we have traveled far enough that day at an Aires or campsite . I have come across this form Attestation d' accueil that states that you must stay where you intend to stay. Issue is we have no set place. Has anyone completed, been asked for, or has any experience of the form. Any advice and guidance will be appreciated.

I stand to be corrected but I believe it does not count for transients, otherwise there could be no long distance lorry deliveries

Many thanks for the kind offer but traveling via Bordeaux and San Sebastian. If I cant sort it out I will get back to you :giggle:
 
As you've probably seen by now Tim, there's a letter in this months MMM about it. In brief, they were stopped and had to show proof of funds.:rolleyes:
