Are you an "Empty Nester"...?????????

As soon as ours left we dug a moat, had watch towers with machine guns put up, changed the locks and, in case they get through that lot, we've wired the door bell into the mains. The last bits good for trick or treaters and carol singers too :ROFLMAO:

Our baby (25) moves to Bristol next Tuesday after finishing Uni last year, I will miss him dreadfully but he has promised his Mummy that he will come back for visits. It’s my roast dinners that are the attraction I think, it seems to be what keeps bringing the other two back. Long may it last.

I, and a few Funster orphans, could pop in for Sunday Dinner occasionally if it would help, just PM the address and I'm sure things can be arranged.

Other invites welcome, 'Here to Help' is our motto!

My youngest never came home after uni, I told my eldest that we were going to be moving, so she went out and brought her own house. We never moved, job done

Our daughter moved to the other end of the country and keeps on at us to sell up down south and buy something cheap up north near her. Probably so that she can benefit from an expanded bank balance

When my Dad went off to do his National Service in 1950 my grandparents moved 20 miles away ::bigsmile:
