A customer was looking at my motorhome and she referred to it as Glamping :whatthe:
Living in Somerset , new fangled words take a while to reach here so--

Looking up Glamping on Google, it seems to be posh camping , are we Glampers

    Glamour Camping ?

Well, never thought of it as that, but compared to a tent and a primus stove they do have a point.

Nope - I thought that glamping was staying on a site where someone else puts up the tent for you, or one of those pods that you see.

Anyone that knows us would definitely say that we aren't at all glamorous - not with the oaf like dogs that we have........... Might start off looking clean and smart but it all goes downhill from the first G&T

Substitute the G&T for Pimms and you're there!

We have just had two large pitchers of Pimms, and I have had two Magners with ice as well (on the side)....

These log pods are becoming quite popular.
Turn up and move in, no tent to pack, assemble, blow away or pack up when wet.

    GLAMorous camPING

glamping is camping with comfort in a pod or fancy tent on some sites, people with normal tents and blow up furniture glamp they also tend to need ehu, take tv/lappy and electric kettle with nice little lights for in the tent at night
