Thanks for post @laneside . We arrived this morning to aire at Soustons Plage. It is nice but absolutely packed. We deliberately made sure to arrive before 11am in order to grab any recently vacated position.
The last 2 nights we were at Anglet aire (thanks to someone else but I cannot remember). Enough space Thursday night but full to bursting last night and many turned away. It was ok on Thursday but not very nice staying there last night.
Hoping it will all get quieter after tomorrow. Can someone tell the French it is mid October!
