April closure - Bealach na Bà (Applecross) (1 Viewer)

The infamous Bealach na Bà (the high road between Kishorn and Applecross) will be CLOSED to all traffic as follows:

• from 9th April "for several weeks"
• 0900-1600 and 1730-2300 daily

This is the current information anyway, I suppose always subject to alteration, and is to allow broadband installation to the MoD at Sand.

Vehicles will have to follow the low road!

Latest is that the Bealach will be closed for 6 weeks from 9 am to 8 pm.
You can still get to Applecross via the 31 mile coastal route from Sheildaig. Probably safer for most M/H's anyway!
