An apology to anyone who has been wanting/tagging me for the last 2 weeks or so ... I've been up to my eyeballs decorating my ex-rental bungalow so not on the forum as too jiggered from 10 hour days!

Unfortunately I once clicked on my alerts 'bell' and had a quick scan of the list I decided to come back later to reply etc as but then didn't for over a week and now I can't see those alerts anymore so if you want me for anything please say so here - I wasn't being rude ... just knackered!

Wow, that was 2.5 weeks ago! Time flies, mind you I was in Brighton last week smashing 12hr shifts in myself?. That went quickly thank god.

I did click on the 'bell' as I usually do but there were only the last week's lot there ... it depends on how many alerts you get as to how far back they go ... as I appear to be famous / infamous ? / dreaded / popular etc I get a lot so my older ones dropped off!

Well I left for a bike ride to Italy, got as far as Belgium and was rushed to emergency after a hernia went postal...
4 hours of surgery later and I live to tell the tale !

I saw that thread yesterday ... I knew you were a tight g*t but not THAT tight an old g*t to go on holiday and then purposely ride your bike over potholes so you could get your hernia fixed FOC rather than pay privately for it!

Beige ... BEIGE ... I'll have you know that it's magnolia! White walls in the bathroom and kitchen though. In 'posh' contemporary terms they would probably be vanilla whisp/latte and snowflake!!!

Careful ... if you pull it too hard it will probably come off as my muscles are too tired to hold on to it!
