As BF says it's a standard pdf file and you need a pdf viewer to open. Most laptops \ pcs will have one installed. Some browsers even open them.

Looks like a Jokon, now to find a supplier and instructions.

Have spoken to Jokon Uk and they keep them in stock. For reference purposes, there is a small circular cover in the end cover which I have been assured should pop out to reveal a screw behind.
