Anyone on here have any experiance of efoy generators?

Yes indeed we had one,

Quiet
Fully automatic
Relatively compact

Expensive to run as main power source
Relatively low output 4, 6 or 8 amps

We sold ours as we now have a stack of lithium and if they need charging it would take the EFOY a few days 😊

Thank you was only thinking of using it to keep 2 hab batteries topped up on asside my solar panel, so would only get light use when of grid in dull conditions, just don’t know if I can justify the cost really.

Used my Efoy mainly in winter , it kept the batteries topped up when heating lights tv wee on
Hasn’t been turned on since I had lithium install

my Moho has a teleco generator, very very quiet, fully automatic, works off your gas bottle, brilliant bit of kit.

What do you find the running costs like, ie how long does a 5 litre can last, any problems getting the fuel?
This from EFOY web site, so just over 80ah @12v per litre of fuel

Consumption depends on the electrical appliances. Consumption is currently around 0.9 l per kilowatt hour.

Did I read the price right 😱
Oh yes.... that one one reason that pushed me towards the "cheaper" lithium upgrade option.
