Anyone booked extra Frequent Traveller tickets ?

I have run out of my allocation of FT tickets but am now looking to purchase a couple more.
I appreciate they have to be used by end of June this year.
Is there a way to purchase them through the wallet or do I have to ring up ?

AFAIK you can't 'add' to what you bought originally so if you need more your only option will be to see if anyone has some spares in a 'single' account (ie not twinned with anyone) and see if they'll add you so you can use them.

Otherwise it's gonna be full price ET or see if you can get a cheaper crossing on a ferry.

You can't even sign up for a new account at present as they've been suspended for a while and haven't said exactly what will be offered in the future.

Sorry they are currently not selling them although they keep saying they will introduce a new off-peak frequent traveller but the dates push back further and further.

I m on their subscription list for info of whatever it is they are going to do.
I thought (perhaps wrongly) that there was an option to purchase more tickets on the already open wallet

I presume you had a wallet that is fully used ?

Just checked dfds and £240 return !!!!

At the moment they are only running 1 train an hour during the daytime and less during the night so the capacity is so limited hence the higher prices, hopefully once things start to open up again the prices will settle down.

I am travelling over to the office in Belgium and pretty much paying £300 round trip for a car so more than that for a motorhome.

ive been looking at alternatives to Dover to Calais via a ferry and coming up with very much the same prices. i wonder why the ferry companies don't offer multiple tickets?

I have spare FT tickets but unfortunately the account was jointly opened with a former funster back in 2019 so I don’t think you can use them. AFAIK, you were never able to buy more to add to an account, just had to open a second account.
I cannot even login to my account anymore, says I have to ring up to use unused legs.

The accounts changed the summer of 2019 to the current versions which you can top-up (when available) but once you have shared an account with somebody you can remove them from the account but not change the nominated persion.

Our 2019/2020 wallet kept getting extended but now runs out June 2022 and only have two single crossings left.

The Tunnel extended our tickets till Dec 22, I'm reluctant to let any more go.
