Anyone at the Sunshine festival?

Use to pass it on our way home from The Malvern Show, We did pencil it in to attend one year after Malvern, but then Covid came along. Good to hear its back this year, how much were the tickets?, Reasonable I hope.

Hi Les
I am here on my own. £120 for 4 nights camping, and three days of music. No EHU, but toilet dump and water.

I particularly wanted to see Squeeze. They were brilliant live.

Technical issues on the main stage meant gaps between acts, but there are 4 other stages to go to.

Lakefest was more professional, and bigger names. But this is,a friendly little festival, and Upton upon Severn is a nice little town. They have a great blues festival every year too.

My control panel is still playing up, so I haven't been able to tell how much battery I am using. The warning came on the display though, so i am running the engine.
Annoying as the solar should be keeping up with it. I can't get into the local repair shop until November, because they are so busy.

We were great time some good music Human League good as ever, really liked the American four tops. Bought our early bird tickets for next year🕺🏼💃🍻

Sounds an interesting festival, we've just wannasee in Penrith for the 3rd year in a row and are looking for somewhere different for next year - I'm away to check it out now

I've been to festival Y-Not this year, mega line up of current bands, by and large playing their own music, over 8 stages, also mega busy, but brilliant all the same. The Sunshine differs in so much, it's much smaller, there more tribute bands, but a few good headliners, but not so many up and coming acts, and the mosh pit at the main stage is only 15-20 yards deep, as opposed to 150-200 yards at Y-Not. We've already booked for both this year

there's a free festival Bunkfest at Wallingford this weekend
