Anybody Know What These Are?

Just taken delivery of our Swift Escape Freestyle 684. There are two plastic oblong panels that look like they should clip onto something. I have attached photos of the front and back of them. They are 40 cm wide and 22.5 cm tall. What are they????

Fridge vent covers. Put them on when it's cold, you're putting the van in storage, or about to give it a heavy hose-down.

Definitely fridge vent covers.
As said above, use in very cold weather, also useful if there is strong wind blowing straight into the vents.
Don't leave on in warm weather.
