We're considering having hydraulic levellers fitted - anyone know of any discounts or good deals around at the moment?
Thanks

Saw this last night and might be worth a follow up.

Thanks for that Paul,I saw that earlier and found that they were agents for Gliderite who I have already had a quote from.
cheers anyway Alb.

@ Two on Tour - (y) - think we're going to have to dig deep on this one!

Thanks Steve and Denise - have got a quote, but being a tightwad (and from Yorkshire) was wondering if anyone was offering a discount! :ROFLMAO:

Only offer we have seen at NEC Shows is a free remote control unit included so may be worth a cheeky ask from whoever you choose when sealing the deal?!

Before settling on a price First check to see if the systems have good reviews for installation and operation. Many on here have the lifting systems installed and can highly recommend both installer and the system. Only from finally deciding which manafactured type and installer should you then look at price. Yes there maybe a cheap system installed by a company who do not mind hacking your pride and joy to pieces. If that’s what you want to save a bit so be it

Thanks Wombles - we spoke to a funster who got one free when he had his levellers fitted two months ago, we've spoken to the company and they've increased their price by £500 to include the remote, they won't move on the price :(, we thought £500 increase in 2 months was a bit excessive (n)

That is a big increase but guess there is a lot of demand at the moment - motorhome dealerships & repair shops that we have contacted recently are all crazily busy both with the backlog of work & much increased sales due to those who normally go abroad wanting motorhomes. Hopefully it will all calm down at some point.

We've done our research and are not looking for the cheapest system (actually considering the most expensive one) but checking to see if anyone was offering any special deals at this time, before committing to a purchase. Having spoken to other Funsters, we are aware that at times, special deals have been offered

Just had levellers fitter by S&P in Warrington. Can't fault their customer service and attitude.

Not cheap but excellent quality.

Only used it a couple of times so far but all good.

They did do a small discount of £150 but I didn't tell you that!.

As we understand it, the two preferred systems seem to be

HPC
E & P

The HPC system has aluminimum jacks and weighs less, whereas the E & P system has steel jacks and weighs approx 9 kgs more. Prices are similar with HPC slightly less.
