Annual service Woes!!

Just had the 2 year service done on our fiat PVC
Was very happy with all they done, until i got home.
I had picked a screw up in one of the tyres on the way in, and so they kindly rang me to ask if i wanted then to repair it, as it was in the centre of the tread and so repairable. At £20, i told them to go ahead and do it.
So, didn’t think anymore of it, and when i got home and checked the Van over, found this:-

Needless to say, the steam is still comming out of my ears!! And an email sent to dealers.

Yes, my thinking as well.
I understand that these things happen, but the thing that has really made me angry, is that nothing was said about it when i collected the vehicle, and surely they would have been aware that it was damaged when doing it.
Am now looking for a New Wheel!
