An Interesting road tunnel!

As you do on a cold winters evening , I have spent a few hours looking through some old travel photos. One came up from our travels last July to watch the TDF.

Do you know where it is?

I've got an almost identical picture but like you I can't remember where it was. If I can find the photo again it may have the Lat & Long in the EXIF data, if so I'll post the location.
