What it should say is you have used only 15% of your EU data limit, 85% left so carry on enjoying yourself.

According to their app, extra data is £1 per gb. The app does is not clear if that data can be used whilst roaming abroad. I have a ‘reserve’ Smarty sim and it would be great if extra data was available in an emergency whilst roaming. I will watch this thread with interest.
 
Can you verify your actual usage directly online/via their app to cross reference the figures stated in the email?
My mifi says 8.75, I don’t know whether that means that’s what left, which would be near to their figures, or does that mean that’s what I’ve used and their usage figure is incorrect. I won’t run out as I can hotspot on my phone. I don’t stream or download, just maps and What’s App.

Strange I received one very similar yesterday, yes a scam as yesterday morning I had the full amount of data etc as it was monthly renewal day…
 
I notice there's no phone or contract number anywhere, only the name.

The Smarty phone app tells you what you have left in your monthly allowance and you can purchase add-on data up to a 4gb (£4) package . I don’t know if you can buy more than one package of add-on data in a month. Add-on data has no expiry date. Looking through the help information it says you can use the add-on data abroad. It looks useful, I’ll find out when I’m in France next month. I use the Smarty sim as a back-up to my unlimited Vodaphone sim which has a fair usage limit of 25gb per month whilst roaming in Europe.
I would assume that the op’s e-mail would link into his personal Smarty secure app and therefore could be ok.

The screen shot from Smarty, clearly says you have ‘USED’ 1.79 GB, not remaining of your allowance, however this is contradicted by the advisory message which suggests you are going to run out. I’d contact them and clear it up (do they have a web chat service?)
 
You can definitely use the 'add on data' whilst roaming and top up more than once 👍 I did this 3 or possibly 4 times in Spain back last November when the weather was lousy.
