I have just been looking at the settings, please ensure that your photos fit this criteria.

They are jpeg or jpg ONLY

They are no wider that 2500 pixels
they are no higher than 2500 pixels

The file should be no larger that 16000k

Hope this helps, cos I wanna see your pictures:BigGrin:

Jim & Tony,

Make sure that when you have clicked the first 'upload/Submit' button, on the next screen, TICK the box that says 'Add Photo?'

When I do this it does not generate the error.

Mind you, it appears to upload the image but I then can't find it :Eek!::Err::Confused:

Jim I am hitting the submit button with no picture loaded and get the fatal error message

It seems to be working now

John & Tony we have had a play and it seems to be working now, have another go.

Cheers Jim

Sorry Jim still doesn't work

We'll get there mate, I can upload, and Bryan can upload smaller files, it just seems to be the bigger ones that crash it, Tech support are on it mate and I will pm you when its time to try again.

Thanks for your patience

I see JSW has downloaded some piccy but I still cannot:Eek!:

:Eek!: Hi fellas. You really must cut down the pixel size of your photos. It is not necessary to be so big when displaying on a computer. For instance? This photo of the Gulfstream is 70.9k :-

Just use your usual photo program to cut them down to size. I assure you. You will NOT loose ANY quality in the display.

That's true John.

Most photo programs have a 'Save for Web' or 'Compress for Web' function. If you try to load photos straight from your camera they will bounce. If anyone has a problem with compressing their photo's prior to upload, post the details in website help and I will be able to sort it out. Dont be shy, get uploading, the webspace is paid for, lets use it:BigGrin::BigGrin:

Hi Jim this looks like a common problem we Web masters have to deal with, I suspect you will be up for the next 2/3 nights writing new code:BigGrin:but you'll sort it

Hi,

This is free and it has a resizing facility in the "Export file to folder" option that may help, albeit I think it is limited, but its FREE and we all like FREE,
