Aire in Le Man

We plan to visit Le Man shortly and are looking for a place to overnight with reasonable access to the town. Not had much luck finding anything at the moment. Any suggestions?

In fact they're building a new one - 9 places, 8 euros and an air de service - 24 hour stay Broken Link Removed so the old one is definitely closed. There's reference to an aire in Saint Saturnin though?

We stayed at the one @Stealaway posted in the spring. It gets very busy during the day, but normally quiet at night, except on the night we were there because there was a big concert at the other side of town. Everybody was parking there to go to it. It is close the old town, but the walk up is hard work! No facilities except for the tarmac.
