Thanks can you send me a PM if you find it.Reguards Chris.I have a BSA meteor. But I'd never part with it as My father bought it for me when I was in my early teens. (only thing he ever bought me, and to this day its in the original box)
But I'm pretty sure I have another "old style" air rifle in the shed, I'll have a look tomorrow and if its there, its yours
Don't forget that you need a licence to shoot pigeons
There is a previous post somewhere but if you check the Internet, it's quite correct. It's not a licence for a gun it's a specific licence to shoot/cull pigeons. You have to state reasons etc qty, you just can't shoot them anymore. If you are reported there are big fines.
Cant you send it complete by parcelforce 48 but with a maximum protection of £100. I've seen loads of fellas on airgun forum doing that.and if you are going to send it by post brake it down and send it in three or for pacels as engine part or something like that
I have not ever tried to send one complete so don't know abut parcel force but if you are not a gun dealer you could have problemsCant you send it complete by parcelforce 48 but with a maximum protection of £100. I've seen loads of fellas on airgun forum doing that.
