Off to France on our jolly’s next month, would French hook up on Campsites be able power something like the below. I believe they run at a lower power supply than we do on sites.
What air fryer do you guys use (if at all)?
We have barby etc already for outdoor cooking, it was more to do stuff for the kids like fish fingers etc

I’ve had a couple of air fryers and i am addicted to my ninja because it’s so versatile. I have used it just on airfryer for chicken wings, oven chips, bacon etc. But the Steam airfry mode is a revelation. I do complete meals in it - a joint of meat or a chicken or kebabs for example, surrounded by potatoes on the rack and underneath some liquid with vegetables. I also use it for risottos and pasta dishes in sauce or pasta bakes. The pressure cooker is great too. It might not suit everyone but it’s been a revelation for me. We’ve just done 2 weeks without hookup and I miss it ☺️
Why miss it ! We run our Airfryer off our Delta2 for breakfast lunch and dinner for sunny days and it doesn't really notice on the battery.

The Aire at Calais is 6amp with one socket at 16amps, think the sparkie put the wrong breaker in. We always try and get that one.
Makes you think you should bring your own breaker for the busbar and a screwdriver!

A great solution for some but not us for various reasons. Once we’ve sorted some lithium out I’ll miss it no more ☺️

Currently in Spain having travelled slowly through France. Used our Ninja Max Pro 6.2 litre (single drawer) every night. No problem except the one time we forgot to switch the water heater off - fortunately there was a trip switch to easily reset! Wife adds - chicken kebab from Lidl cooked with halved apricots did well tonight!

That one is 2470 watts so at 220v it will need a supply of over 11 amps, may when using one draw the power will be half, don't know without trying one.

French sites are often 5 or 6 amps sometimes
Unfortunately its not going to work on many French sites that max out at 6 amps!😩

A lot of marinas offer a card system. You buy a card and load the bollard there's no refund for what you don't use and if you get a berth with a bollard with charge left you just use it up it generally evens out in the end sometimes you leave a bit for someone else. No one seems to get too worried about it.
In Greece in marinas and town quays most of the cards allow you too charge it back on when you leave for next time. Of course, there are always those who can't work out how to do it...

The one in the boatyard is like that I forgot the first time and found someone else using my credit! He said he was only using a fan heater!

Used to know a man who was involved with the tech on Apollo 11.🤣
Was that you, I did meet the daughter of an engineer who worked on the F1 engine, when in the states.

One of the original F1 engineers volunteers at the Space and Rocket centre in Alabama at weekendds last time I went. Amazing to see the old guys still talking about their Engines and the design challenges.

One of the best conversations I had, and a far better experience than the nasa ran site in Florida at the Cape imho.

If you ever are over in Alabama, can reccomend it.

We have the baby Cosori one as well and it is fine for 2 people. I use an extension lead plugged in the garage and cook outside with it as well. Keeps the smells outside!
