Additonal Key Fob

We have a spare key for our van, but only one remote/alarm fob.

Does anyone know how and where to get second fob from?

Its a Bessacar on a Fiat base.

The fob may be a Fiat item, but it may also be part of an after market alarm/immobilliser in which case you would need to know what alarm it is.
