ADAC online application form.....help! (1 Viewer)

I'm applying online for breakdown insurance but when I try to put in my bank details it only lets me put in the first 4 letters/numbers of the IBAN code...? so I'm stuck Anyone else had this problem & can offer a solution please.

Not possible to join online as it won't take English postcodes. I phoned and joined last year. I had the direct debit form for this year but I know my bank won't accept them so i phoned again and continued my membership and paid by MasterCard.

Excellent service from Ann-Katrin, I requested terms/conditions documents in English prior to purchasing, (I was unsure what exactly was covered & what wasn't) which she promptly sent so now all done & dusted.
