I’m having trouble filling with water after winter drain down.
Van is an Autosleeper Broadway with stupid whale system attachments to fill tank.

At first it drew a little water in then stopped.
Pump is making noise and what little water there is is coming through the taps.

From looking into it and reading similar threads on here I’m suspecting either an air lock, soliniod problem or filter at the inlet point needing cleaning.

I’ve attached a photo below of our set up and wondered if anyone could tell me at which point the filter is located and how I would get to it please?

Nothing seems to unscrew easily and didn’t want to pull something off and break it.

It seems nobody knows the answer!
But I’ve now found it on the Autosleeper owners Facebook group.

To help anyone else that may be having the same trouble, I’ve attached a diagram showing exactly where to find the filter.

I’ve now cleaned and replaced and water filled as normal.
