What price another lockdown? Still I was pleased to see that the Met are "continuing to engage with people attending ongoing protests" The word the should be using is arrest not engage.

I know someone who has had it & his wife is a lizard, lady, flat earther,5g chip in vaccine believer. .................& still is.Nothing has changed even though she & the son had to isolate & have multiple tests.

They should name the sixty plus MPs who want the goverment to allow mass demonstrations, I suppose they (MPs) will say that as long as the demonstrators obey the travel rules and stop six feet apart whilst getting there then that is fine

I seem to recall similar outrage at scenes of crowded beaches last year but there were no outbreaks of Covid linked to these events.

I'm not condoning this protest for one second but this was no "super-spreader". It is being close to people indoors with limited ventilation which spreads the disease.

I don't disagree with you at all. But we are told to stay home, stay apart, limit contact with our families but it's perfectly fine to gather in large groups to protest? Not in my book it's not!

I think he’s employed to obstruct the police and make a total nuisance of himself.

Now you could look at this another way though, she or her son didn't get it apparently, so it could be said she is right.

This is the reason that this virus will be with us for ever, idiots with total disregard for others and the rules of the land. NHS workers and many others have put their lives on the line so this sort can demonstrate in this disgraceful manner. Their names should be taken and should they fall ill with covid treatment should be with held in my view.

28th September 2020 Durham city was packed with students returning, bars, shops, in the city
2 weeks later 1200 of those students were tested positive for Covid, 1200 from one university, incredible.
