My gas locker is next to the drivers seat and there is a lot of heat loss from there and drafts. Has anybody insulated the locker and is so which insulation?

The idea of a gas locker (I thought) is to enclose your gas and keep fumes away from your van / MH if bottle or regulator leaked. The fact it is drafty is a bit concerning?

Our gas locker is below the rear beds. I insulated the roof and walls with a foil foam that is adhesive backed.

Mines next to the drivers seat too..As long as you leave the floor hole so any leaks can drop out.

The draft comes from 3 no 4” drop out vents on the gas locker floor. Just want to prevent the drafts coming in the lounge area.

Sounds like you have serious problem of poor build quality the gas locker should be completely room sealed from the habitation area. No way should there be any drafts from it.
I probably discribed it wrongly. It is a thin plastic casement which gets cold due to the drop out vents letting cold air in. So wanted to insulate the plastic case if that explains better.

Are you saying you don't actually have drafts just a cold area?
