I transferred to Lebara from Plusnet.
The answer to your question is yes. It is dead easy.

We've both been on this lebara deal for most of this year. Great value no problems. Uses Vodaphhone network. No contract, auto renews monthly, cancel anytime. Easy transfer using s\me number.

Yup, I've just transferred my 'normal' number (ie the one I never want to lose) from Three to RWG (a cheap Welsh sim with 50 free mins or SMS & 250mb data pcm which I've mentioned on other threads), it's on the EE network so alongside my existing Vodaphone sim if I can't get a signal on one I should be able to get it on the other, beauty of having a dual-sim phone.

Spoke to ruddy soon! I'm having issues with my new sim and despite riging the company twice this afternoon and being promised a call back to sort it out, I've had nothing! The sim sometimes works and otherwise doesn't, I am NOT a happy bunny at all!!!

I didn't need a sim but thanks for asking, this thread was just for info for others. My Mum's sim contract will run out next February (£8 a month reduced to £2 a month after cashback) so I'll be having a good look around in January to see what's on offer.

If you want a 'better' deal for your Mum see if this still works (it's the one my Mum is on) as many have said they've been able to get it still - obviously you have to do the cashback but it's not difficult:

I got this deal for my Mum back in February and although the HotUKDeals site has it as an expired deal the link from there still allows you go to through so appears to be live, Fonehouse don't advertise it now but if you click on the below link you can still buy it so if it does its a good deal...
