Has anybody replaced the drop down tv in the cab

There has been a few changed the TV and general entertainment system in the Autotrail.

I did a quick search and this one showed in the list

Autotrail radio/satnav/tv replacement?

Is there an existing thread I can check relating to replacement for the 12ELE2000 media centre fitted to Autotrail (mine’s a 2012 model) Don’t want to start a new one if this exists. Thanks, Mike

I have replaced the head unit with a CarPlay system so no DVD player to the drop down unit so was going to replace with a drop down tv off some sort.

Vanbitz put a new telly into the cupboard above the fridge (the one with sliding doors) on a sliding bracket in our Dakota. Works well, as it’s out of the way, and can be viewed from cab and bed.

Thought about doing ours but as it's not in the best location for viewing (can't from the captains chairs) I just fitted an additional tv above our half-dinette seats in our Savannah. It does mean if we're watching terrestrial TV we can have both tvs on if we're at opposite sides of the table.

yes i replaced mine with one of these. it has USB and HDMI so ideal for the fire stick

That's funny I replaced the Autotrail head unit with a Xtrons one and it's been great so far. Will look at the Xtrons drop down screen if my current one fails. Thanks for the heads up.

Sorry i think we are at cross postings.. i replaced mine with the one i quoted above, and it has been excellent
