2 year service & warranty

Don't know if anyone has posted similar but m/home due for 2yr Fiat service and booked for early April. If I cancel service because of virus worries and leave until everything returns to normal will it invalidate my extra year warranty I paid for?

I hope manufacturers and dealers will take a flexible approach to the habitation services needed to maintain ingress warranties.

I doubt that manufacturers will honour any warranty that has missed its annual service check be it base vehicle and more so the water ingress warranties. Particularly the latter will be an easy get out by the manufacturers and I daresay will cause lots of needless correspondence and arguements with dealers and the like.

Perhaps some constructors and dealers will be thinking about their reputations and future sales. It will be interesting to hear what responses people get. I suspect the brands with the leakiest reputations who already have a shortsighted view will be the first to take advantage of an escape route.

Perhaps we should start a motorhome version of the Darwin Awards.
