Managed to blag 2 free nights in Cartagena marina, visited my brother in law on his new boat and he suggested just driving in and parking up, we did and all was good. Showers and laundry facilities. Now stationed ourselves in mazarron, scorchio but toppers with Germans. Our biggest site so far, I think I prefer the smaller ones.

Did you see 596’s boat? ?

If it helps identify it, it had underwater lighting. ?

Just up the road from you - still a fair sized site but nothing like Mazzaron.

We always try to stay here when we visit Spain. (y)

€20 a night + €5 a night for electricity +€6.70 per person according to the link. And no dogs allowed (but brilliantly also no smoking). At a guess that's one site which is not going to be packed out!!

First time we have put up the awning and privacy room without it being nearly ripped off the van! Looking forward to a bit of chilling and sunshine without a 30 mph breeze!

We always stay using ACSI and don't have a dog. So around 19 Euro all in.

I don't smoke either but did not realise it was a No smoking site.

But I think it is often full, especially in the winter months. I know we have been turned away at Easter.

But horses for courses I suppose - sorry it did not help.

Thanks for the reply but €38.40 a night is a bit stripey. I though I'd misread the tariff but it seems to say the same in English as well as Spanish.

It's 20,21 or 22 euros depending on pitch..Think we paid less than a euro for excess electricity over a 14 day period.BUSBY.

It would appear their web site is not doing them any favours.

It's a shame as it's one of our favourites as well. (y)
