2 Eurohike Camping Chairs - total £7.20 delivered for pair

Evri has had a lot of flak including on recent TV consumer shows.

As soon as I saw that delivery name on this thread I was thinking: hope you are one of the lucky ones.
 
Yesterday received a TXT from Go Outdoors to say my order has been delayed so I thought that was it, then they turned up a few hours later, they are poor quality but I do have a use for them.
 
Presumably those that ordered sooner are those that are being fulfilled so good to hear it's worked for some at least. Ours have just arrived - Evri can be a bit slow to deliver in this area but we have hardworking, trustworthy, friendly & helpful local Evri agents (y) Can't say that about all the courier companies though!

Yet email from Evri saying they've got the package.
Is someone/everyone lying?
Can Go Outdoors reclaim a parcel already collected by a courier?

Very difficult to do, all courier networks (even Evri) rely on a speedy transition through the networks. Generally once in transit, there is realistically very little of hope of doing so. It can be attempted, but from experience at work- it is only successful 10% of the time.

Received mine this afternoon. Delivered via Evei.

As said not the most robust but for the price still a great deal.

They are just to have a couple of spares for the van.
 
So, email from Go Outdoors 6 days later from order on Saturday last.
Order cancelled as stock not available.
Phoned to ask why and told they dont have any stock in any of their distribution centres!
Full refund will be sent in 3 to 5 days.
Ho Hum …….😳

Iv had alot of emails from them since i had my chairs delivered,offering an extra 20% using the same code we did off most stock.
This is that latest one, so the chairs were probably a loss leader.

No seriously, well done Sir.
I will have to revert to our Skegness stripped wooden deck chairs to compliment my knotted hankie, string vest and crocs with socks.
