2 Eurohike Camping Chairs - total £7.20 delivered for pair

This may be a big player, but it's still theft. 100%

Some folk have no shame.
Oh get off your moral high horse - theft is taking without paying.

Go Outdoors is making an offer - we are accepting. That's the legal position.

Who knows they may have a container load from China they bought at a quid a unit.
They may be doing it as a loss leader to promote their brand.
They may have bought 3 container loads and need to shift them to make room for the new season stock.
And in the last resort they can cancel the sale.

So, there's no need for your high & mighty ill informed stance.

My boss once said ‘ where there’s plenty take plenty, where there is little take everything ‘
And he’s still in business 😆

Presumably the two offers shouldn't both work so once this is spotted then orders could be cancelled but worth a go for anyone that wants some bargain chairs!

My morals won't let be dishonest. You may be different

I think you are just jealous that the offer is only in the UK 😂.
Relax.......... it’s only chairs 🤪

Just had a text message from Go Outdoors saying my order is progressing through their system and they will be in touch accordingly.
Whatever that means 🤗?

Imagine if any of you had a small business and needed to feed your family. If you made a mistake on the website and folk took advantage (stole) from you, then you'd lose a load of money and struggle to feed your family.

If it is wrong they as the seller have the option to cancel and refund, no theft involved.

If anyone really wants to steal these and has the blue light card then on top of the discount you can get a further 10% off.

Remember to leave your details of which constabulary you live in on here so the correct police force get to investigate (y)

I'vseee

But not if it's gone through the system.

I've seen this sort of thing in the past and the website owner has been prosecuted for allowing it to be taken advantage of.

A quick Google brings up this thread

But you all crack on...

Ordered mine in Red
Needed new chairs to use at #1 sons building project.
Had to renew membership as ran out at beginning of month,.
Is there a correlation between the building project and the chair colour in Red?
Match the bricks ??? 😂

It’s not theft. They are offering to sell. People are buying. That is not theft

Theft: the dishonest appropriation of property, belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving them of it.
The company have put items on offer, you have paid what they asked, they then send the item. If they have made an error then they will tell the purchaser that a honest error has been made. The police would have difficulty proving dishonesty when something has been paid for.

Dishonesty doesn't seem to be looked down on, amongst members on here.

When in a hole, the general advice is to stop digging

Would you like to specify what exactly is being dishonest about availing oneself of a good bargain

Dishonesty doesn't seem to be looked down on, amongst members on here.
But this isn’t dishonest!
A company are offering a product at a price which can, with the application of a duscounted code, be purchased at a lower price.
Its a way if selling within a retail environment, which with the ever increasing reliance on internet and on line shopping, is becoming more and more available.
20 years ago, supermarkets often sold Products at well below cost, ie baked beans.
These were known as “loss leaders”, used to entice the shopper into visiting the store, and purchasing such in the hope that they would go onto purchase other items which may or may not be at a premium, but either way, they now have your custom as opposed to wherever you may have shopped previously.
This really is not theft by any stretch of the imagination.
And, as others have clearly said, if the supplier decides the offer is far too rich and a mistake, they can refuse to sell with an apology and cancelation of any monies potentially taken and refunded.
It really isn’t rocket science.
I honestly think your comments regarding members of the Motorhome Forum being in someway dishonest in their demeanour and standing is , to my way of thinking, insulting.
Nuff said!
Night Night 😊

We have 2 pairs of similar chairs - one pair bought from a garden centre selling em pretty cheap just past the turn off the main road to Chapel St Leonard's from Skegness a few years ago and the other pair, lighter weight ones, £9.99 for 2 from Tesco's one summer. I don't observe anything iffy with this offer. They've never been expensive.

Well ,we have been "dishonest" and ordered 2 chairs,(£7.20) plus a euro cable at £2.97, fleece at £5( no discounts for these 2) and picnic cooler £6 discounted to £4.80 and matching the chairs, but with my sons membership account
With free delivery.

And I need to add. All as advertised. (y)
