Can anyone advise where the power supply is coming from, vehicle battery or Aux battries.

Usually from the leisure / aux / habitation battery..
Was on my last 2 Autotrails..

You need to expand on your question as its to vague. Power comes from both sets of batteries and depending on how your camper is wired up can both supply much of your 12 volt habitation system although most users prefer to have the cab battery suppling engine feed only so this battery is not drained whilst using habitation services like T.V., lighting, water pumps etc. You will also have a 240 Volt supply that comes from an external hook up point. This will provide power to your kettle and other 240 Volt appliances including your battery charger that will be needed to keep both sets of batteries charged.

The 13ELE2000 mentioned in the title is the media system / radio fitted in a lot of Autotrails. (y)

i hate post like this where the title will only mean something to someone whose dealt with one although they maybe reaching the target audience

This is from memory from around 5 years ago when I replaced the 13ELE2000, as it's performance was woeful, in our AT Frontier so you'd better double check.

There are two cables powering the head unit, one being ignition keyed and this is pin A7 (red cable) on the ISO block with the other being pin A4 (yellow cable).

On our van the yellow cable is connected to the FIAT wiring loom with the red cable being routed down into the passenger footwell behind a removable upstand panel on the floor. I cut the red cable to insert a "kill switch" as the head unit was drawing some power even whilst turned off (retaining memory features). The main downsides of this are, i) you have to retune the radio stations every time you re-power up, if it is not reconnected the head unit in totality is "dead" so all functionality is not available (including reversing camera), etc.

You can see these cables in this photo.

The attached pdf shows the rear connector diagram for the 12ELE and they are the same for the 13ELE.

tonka uploaded a copy on the instruction manual for the head unit a while back https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/resources/13el200-headend-unit-autotrail.108/
