It is quiet enough.
Clips onto anything.

I bought one of these 3 weeks ago for the heatwave we expected on out trip to Scotland. Amazon for some reason delivered two on the same day so being the honest individual I am I contacted the seller who offered the second at half price rather than pay for return. Also mug that I am I accepted. Used at home briefly and seems quite effective but then I know nothing about the Endless Breeze. Needless to say I never used it in Scotland!

Runs off a powerbank or mains via a USB. Check it out on Amazon, if it's of interest I can post for £30.
