Took delivery yesterday of our beautiful (new to us) Rimor Europeo 69+ Motorhome and as newbies felt totally overwhelmed by all the systems information given to us. Drive home was fine but getting dark by the time we arrived home. This morning after plugging in to mains we found we could only switch on the basic entry lights and none of the others seem to work. Sockets are ok but fridge not on either. Everything was fine at the handover! Lowdhams have been very helpful and are sending a technician out to us tomorrow morning. Hope it's not just us being totally stupid! Any other 69+ owners out there?

You may need to turn on the 12 volt system. I have an entry light that will work with 12 volt off but nothing else will work until it`s on.
Worth checking

Suggestion No.1 Do you have, (on ours it's above the door and has a bank of dials and switches) a switch that says, words to effect "12V" If so, throw the switch and try some lights.

On our van - quite different to yours - the control panel has:

An on-off switch for the whole (more or less) 12 volt system running off the leisure battery.

Once that is on, there are separate on-off switches that require turning on for: lights; water pump; and 'auxiliary'.

The 'auxiliary' is required for the fridge, the heating system, the two 12-volt cigarette lighter sockets on the hab battery and a USB socket that's on the hab side of things.

So check that all of your circuits are turned on.

Hope you get sorted without too much hassle, and glad to hear help is on its way. (y)

None whatsoever
We have the 95+ .......Switch on your computer control panel(ours is above the fridge).Once that's switched on you should see symbols e.g. A lightbulb,a tap etc,
Ours is a touch screen ,just touch the light bulb symbol and that activates the lighting and light switches should work. (the tap symbol activates the water pump,I thought our pump had gone when we first got our MH but had forgotten to tap the symbol!)

We need to switch on the 12v system on on the panel above the door for any 12v sockets to work as well on our autotrail, doesn't every van do that.?

Most do but most of us leave it on permanently and if it does get turned off we get totally confused because nothing is working.:ROFLMAO:

Thank you so much for all your advice - we tried everything but still no joy. The technician duly arrived this morning, diagnosed Control panel not working did some magic with a screwdriver and hey presto we now have lights. Remains to be seen if it was a one off or an intermittent fault. At least it wasn't us being totally useless!
