Who is the young dark haired chap in the Practical Motorhome magazine, who goes by the name of 'Diamond Dave'?

My first thoughts were that it was Dave Newell, but having met Dave, who is not so young and not so dark, I have my doubts

Can anyone shed any light. Is it a case of midlife crisis and Dave is clinging to his youthful looks, or is it somebody else
