Better than Mrs Westy I’ve done that pass over a dozen times (on Harley’s and even the 5Ton Carthago) and never not seen the church Although the cobbles are deteriorating
Interestingly at the Kranjska Gora end near the lake they’re putting barriers up going into the Triglav National park and coming out with I think number plate recognition cameras, I’m wondering if it’s soon going to be a toll road??

We did the gorge walk up the unpronounceable and unspellable gorge couple of days ago but failed to walk the extra couple of kilometres to a beautiful lake so as the weather was going to chuck it down, yet again, from 1400 hrs we thought we would... https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/journals/meerauge-and-loibl-pass-to-slovenia-sort-of.471/

If anyone ever tells you that no mirrors on a HGV or motorhome is a brilliant idea and that 8 cameras and 3 radar systems are better then 6 mirrors then please make sure you find that person a space in a secure facility, it’s madness , it’s going to take some time to get used to that, it’s fine on motorways and A roads, but negotiating very narrow busy urban roads with sometimes 2 inches space on both sides ( cars parked both sides for full length of the roads) is not very confidence inspiring

I’m looking forward to the day EVERY truck has cameras instead of mirrors at least they won’t be smashing into my A Class mirrors with their big yellow protectors on them and doing £1200 worth of damage

Instead of making contact with their mirror they might make contact with other parts which will make more off a mess and obviously when you have mirror contact both parties where too close

No he was over the white line, they admitted it (after I showed them dash cam) and wanted to go through insurance, luckily I got a mirror for £400 so I declined the offer and told them to get a better driver!
Truck cameras are much higher than my mirrors, and if the do smash their cameras at least it’ll go into limp mode so they can’t carry on driving away!
