Little know fact about Queen…they played their first concert in Truro in 1970,

Not a great Queen fan , not taking away their talent , were they billed as Queen ?? I got a music gig page in my collection of music papers with an advert same bill as pink fairies at Hornsey town hall early 1971 .listed as the queen

Thoughly enjoying - g'n'r , much better than the last time I saw them

He has had some well publicised mobility issues... but he has worked out a way of singing his songs so they sound good.
Much rather he be static and sound good rather than last night's strangulated Axel Rose down mixed so he couldn't be heard... but he ran around a lot .

I agree each to their own. But you have to allow for his age.
The band are very good imo,and he is singing to his strengths.
Give the guy a break,he is a legend!

Have to disagree he is the ultimate performer. And has Langtoftlad said he has found a way to perform his songs that suits his age. Go Elton you’ve still got it.

EJ at least sang in tune and adjusted some of the musical phrasing to adapt the higher notes he can no longer hit, rather than LR at the Coronation who was so off key that it was embarrassing to listen to.
